This policy explains what information Nikaai collects, why, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

We collect the nickname you choose, the messages you send inside a conversation, and basic technical data such as browser type, approximate region and the pages you visit. If you buy a membership, our payment provider collects the billing details; we never store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

Conversation content is used to maintain continuity within your chats. Technical data is used to keep the service stable, detect abuse and understand which pages are useful. Contact details are used only to answer the message you sent.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of functional cookies and local storage entries: one to remember your cookie choice, one to keep your session active, and optional analytics that only run after you accept. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep data

Conversation data is retained for as long as your session or account remains active and is removed on request. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. Billing records are kept for the period required by accounting law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the processors required to run the service, such as hosting, payment processing and abuse prevention, and only to the extent needed.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to certain processing. Send the request through the contact page and we will respond within one month.

Children

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and any such data found is deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are highlighted on the homepage.
