Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using Nikaai. Please read them before starting a conversation.

1. These terms govern your access to and use of the Nikaai website and every conversation feature offered through it.
2. By opening any page or starting any conversation you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, discontinue use.
3. Access is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. All characters presented on Nikaai are fictional. Their names, biographies, portraits and personalities are invented and do not depict real people.
5. Conversations are generated automatically. Replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete and must never be treated as professional advice.
6. Nothing produced in a conversation constitutes medical, legal, psychological, financial or safety advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
7. You are responsible for the content you submit, including text, prompts and any personal information you choose to share.
8. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or that depicts or references minors in any inappropriate context.
9. You agree not to use the service to impersonate a real person or to generate material that could reasonably be mistaken for a real individual.
10. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, framing and unauthorised reproduction of any part of the service are prohibited.
11. Attempts to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the technical protections of the service are prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
12. All text, imagery, layouts, character concepts and branding belong to Nikaai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
13. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the material for private, non-commercial purposes only.
14. Paid membership plans grant additional conversation features for the period stated at the point of purchase.
15. Prices are displayed in United States dollars and may change. Changes never affect a billing period that has already been paid for.
16. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
17. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
18. Refunds are handled case by case and may be declined where a plan has been substantially used within the billing period.
19. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to the payment transaction.
20. Features may be added, modified or withdrawn at any time in order to improve or maintain the service.
21. Access may be suspended or terminated without notice where these terms are breached or where use appears fraudulent or harmful.
22. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nikaai is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
24. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
25. You agree to indemnify Nikaai against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
26. Links to external destinations are provided for convenience. Nikaai does not control and is not responsible for external content.
27. These terms may be updated. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the effective date is updated accordingly.
28. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
29. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law rules.
